Policy Analysis Integration of ICT in Education in Vietnam: Translation and Implementation in Teacher Education

Based on the education institutions’ developed technology plans, an analysis is made of the vision and mission, planned activities and implementation approach of these institutions. A gap is observed between rhetoric in policy guidelines and practice of integration of ICT in education.
